We herewith inform you about the measures for personal data protection of individuals using the site www.itc-consult.net. ITC Consult EOOD adheres exclusively to the legal framework (Personal Data Protection Act, Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108), Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Recommendation No. R (99) 5 for the protection of privacy on the Internet , Recommendation 1/99 on Invisible and Automatic Processing of Personal Data on the Internet Performed by Software and Hardware, Regulation No. 1 of the CPDP of 07 February 2007 on the minimum level of technical and organizational measures and the permissible type of personal data protection) that is relevant to the protection of personal data. In order to use the electronic service we provide, you must carefully read the entire text and accept the following privacy policy. In case you do not agree with one or more of the rules listed, please do not use this site.  Scope of the personal data we process In order to offer the service, we process personal data provided by the individual voluntarily. Some of the services require that you provide information about your physical identity (name, address, telephone, email); professional education and experience (type of education, qualifications, degrees and titles); family identity, cultural interests and others. Any individual who seeks the company's services can decide at their own discretion whether and what personal data to share. We undertake not to disclose any information about the individual providing data, when this option is available, except when bound by law, when this is officially requested from us by a state/regulatory authority, or when the disclosure is in accordance with legal requirements, is related to the prevention/detection of crime, and/or protects the interests of other users of our service and/or the public. Guided by the belief that concluding a sales transaction can sometimes be a long process, we keep the data provided indefinitely, until requested by the customer that their data be changed or removed. ITC Consult EOOD observes the general principle prohibiting the processing of special data categories specified in art. 5, para 1 of PDPA. This restriction shall not apply only in the cases explicitly described in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the PDPA. We recommend that all provided data do not include information concerning racial or ethnic background, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, affiliation to political parties or organizations, associations for religious, philosophical, political or trade union purposes; as well as information relating to the health and sex life of the individual. We would like to warn you that providing important data from identity documents such as PIN, passport / ID number, validity periods, etc. or similar may pose a risk and such information should not be disclosed for our service's purposes. The identifying information of legal entities is not considered personal data according to PDPA. On our site, customers have to provide the name, address, telephone and e-mail address of at least one contact person. CAUTION: ITC CONSULT EOOD DOES NOT COLLECT PERSONAL DATA IN ANY OTHER WAY, UNLESS SUCH DATA IS PROVIDED BY INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTARILY. AS OUR SERVICE'S USER, YOU SHOULD ACCEPT THAT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACTUAL IDENTITY OF THE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PROVIDED US DATA. IN ANY CASE OF SUSPICION ON YOUR PART, OF IDENTIFIED FRAUD AND / OR ABUSE, WE EXPECT THAT YOU NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. Technical measures The data is stored on technical means, at a collocation center with limited access. Employees who have access to such technical means undertake to treat the information as confidential. Access to your personal data Your data will not be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you have expressly agreed to such use. Exceptions to this rule are messages related to the provision and development of the service or included in communication related to the offered service. Your data may be used in a cumulative, non-identifiable form for statistical purposes. Rights of individuals who have provided data You have the right to object to us against: the processing of your data if you suspect and/or are convinced that such processing is in conflict with the regulations, such as, but not limited to – you have not agreed to the processing of personal data; a third party uses your data; data under Art. 5, para 1 of PDPA and other similar are processed; your personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing without your consent. The objection should be submitted in writing, by registered mail or personally at our office, and signed by you or your authorized representative. We undertake: To take reliable technical measures to protect against unauthorized access to your personal data; to maintain the option of entering, modifying, adding and deleting personal data; to provide you with uninterrupted access, unless technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control make this impossible; to not transmit your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent; to provide a written and motivated response to your objections within 14 days of receiving them. In the event of any change to this Policy, we shall inform you in a timely and appropriate manner.
