During the Wine and Spirits Show 2023, which will be held in Sofia from November 8 to 11, ITC Consult will present a specialized business management solution aimed at winemakers and producers of high-alcohol beverages.
All participants and guests of the exhibition will have the opportunity to learn more about how they can efficiently manage their business processes and automate activities during the presentation by Stefan Nikolov, which will take place on November 8 (Wednesday) at 11:30 AM. During the event, attendees will receive detailed information on the benefits of this type of solution, including how it can improve the efficiency of production processes, quality control, cost optimization, and enhance operations and relationships with customers and suppliers. Additionally, a successful case from a project implemented for a major Bulgarian winemaker will be presented, showcasing the specific results and benefits of implementing the specialized solution.
The specialized ERP solution for winemakers and high-alcohol beverage producers enables effective management and optimization of all stages of production, sales, distribution, inventory, and activity reporting. The system features functionalities for quality control of production, tracking and managing costs, monitoring packaging materials and activities, and creating and managing orders and sales invoices. An important feature of the specialized solution is the tracking of vessels and batches, as well as the cost at each stage of production.
The specialized solution allows for the automated export of journals required for reports to the Executive Agency for Vine and Wine (EAVW), while the management of excise tax documents and declarations is handled directly within the system through a specially developed “Excise” module.
The system also enables tracking of customer tastes and profiles to streamline the marketing process through a specialized CRM module. Key functionalities include tracking inventory for finished products by batches, as well as efficiently managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
