In 2026 ITC Consult celebrates 20 years since its establishment. Over this period, the company has developed in the field of implementation, support and development of business software solutions in the ERP, CRM and BI domains. Its work is focused on enabling organizations to manage, optimize and analyze their business processes more effectively through information systems and related services. The company has offices in Sofia and Plovdiv and works with clients from various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
Over the years, more than 300 projects have been implemented for over 120 clients in areas such as trade, distribution, manufacturing and services. These projects include both the implementation of new systems and the development and maintenance of existing solutions, tailored to the specifics of individual organizations and their processes.
ITC Consult works in close cooperation with international and local technology platforms, with an approach oriented toward the real processes within organizations and how they function in their daily operations. The company’s portfolio includes SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Odoo, ERP.net, as well as business analytics and data visualization solutions through Microsoft Power BI. This enables coverage of various needs – from operational management to more in-depth data analysis and decision support.
Over the years, the accumulated experience has been based not only on implemented systems but also on long-term collaboration with different teams and structures, where technologies are integrated into existing processes or support their transformation and development.
