ERP.net Project management
The Project management module is fully integrated with the other ERP.net, modules which ensures traceability of all data necessary for project management and control:
- cost planning and accounting
- item availability and delivery schedule
- payments and overdue receivables
- utilization of resources
- project risks
This data is presented systematically in a single screen that can be accessed anywhere via a mobile device or tablet. The company’s general calendar provides information about the utilization of resources and the implementation stage of active projects. In this way, effective control over time, costs and resources can be easily exercised. In addition to the possibility for detailed planning, the Project Management module allows meticulous reporting of input materials and work on each task and assessment of planned and actual costs.
